My other CC average 7.99%-9.99% everyone knows AMEX is now a Commercial Bank and as a commercial bank it draws $$$ out a .5% discount rate since former Secy Paulson enabled American Express to become a Commercial Bank and be eligible for TARP money.
This sucks AMEX... along with your higher then VISA/MC merchant rates...your card is becoming worthless as we speak. Going to move my Automatic Debits from the AMEX card.
