still waiting. 3 months for TV. we paid shipping to them, followed all instructions. for one month it was lost. finally a rep said yes we have your tv, i see your tv, but i can't help you. i told them i would call a lawyer - they said go ahead. it is our ceo's fault. More... (Electronics)
The worst service ever. Shipped back TV for repair - our expense Sept.17,2008. December 11,2008 still no television and no hope. Calling fed ex since we insured it to declare stolen or lost. Maybe they can get it fixed. Rep said: "I see your TV buy there is nothing we can do". Bought at WalMart. Never Again! (Poor customer service)
