In responce to your message you sent to me on Facebook 1-7-12 and looking into my account to see if you could make it more afforable for me..I have already sent my bill in and don't have my account number handy but you can look up by my name Margaret Wood and Tel# 413-442-4194 and get into my account that way..My address is 1074 North St Pittsfield,Ma 01201..Let me say that I have two boxes...I do not have any HBO or extra Movie channels.
Last year bills were a total of 137 dallors included the 10 dallor rate hike..This year's bill I was shocked to see was 180 dallors..I did call and complain and after 2 hours of hollering they did knock it down to 150.06..Well anyway's it would be better if you can get it back down to 137 again which I think is a fairer price for the clients of long standing as I otherwise I might have to shop around for more affordtable bills...My facebook page is under Margaret Crosier Wood..Please get back to me on this matter..Thank you
I am to the point of total aggravation and frustration. I am going to be cancelling my subscription to TWC and going with another carrier. Until and unless you can come up with a solution to this ongoing problem, we will expect a discount or free service to make up for the aggravation we have endured for the past two months. We have spoken to a so called supervisor who also did nothing. We have lost time at work as well as wages waiting for ineffectual field workers.
I am reporting your lack of support and poor business acueman to the BBB.
