Sears Repair Tech arrived at my home around 4:47 p.m.; could not access my "work order" on his computer and had to call in to Sears.
As was expected and, even after Sears was told to have a new Ice Maker put on the truck for this service call, the Repair Tech ended up telling me....it had to be ordered! Another two week wait!
I now have a list of names from Sears Customer Service; Shawana, Kyle, Barbara, Terry, Dwayne; all sharing in the same mis-information and hollow promises to remedy this situation.
And...I'm just one of how many thousands of consumers caught in the Sears web of deception?
Shop American, Buy American and get screwed by a long-standing American company.
Seems logical!
