I don’t know how they kept getting the wrong parts ordered. As we have essentially the same auto parts guides as any other service center, this should not have happened. If you were promised a reimbursement for labor then we need to make sure that you get what was promised. I can’t understand why it would be taking so long. It does typically take about 10 business days (14 regular days) to get a reimbursement check to a customer, but there are times when it may take a little longer. Sears was supposed to be here between 8-12 this morning. It is now almost 2:30 at the moment. No phone calls, nothing. I am so disappointed at the moment. In this economy one would think they would try a little harder to get the job done. I find Sears to be disgusting!
