I've attempted to talk to Hughesnet many times about the fact the bandwidth appears to be used up even when I'm not on the computer or phone. Can't get out of 2 year contract without paying huge fee. Complete ripoff with lies and extremely
poor Customer Service. On December 6, 2015 I will find a different provider or go to dial up -- it can't be any worse! Filing compliant with BBB.
