That is the biggest joke I have ever heard. Yes the issue has been resolved, at least I received money back and I still have no new wheels and tires and I am still riding on my bald tires that I tried replacing over 3 months ago. Your "Superior customer service" is some of the worst I have ever seen. It was only pure luck that I was actually able to get someone to answer their phone and then able to get them to agree to a refund (only after quite a bit of begging me to buy something else, anything else). I never got a single return on any message I left and after 2 months no one INCLUDING managers even bothered to return my Emails.
No, I think this forum is the perfect place to judge a company. I only wish I went here first, I never would have used your company. Did I get my money back? Oh sure I did, Am I a happy consumer, HELL NO! How about you send me some interest that you earned on my money you sat on for 3.5 months?

Let me reiterate....

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

It has now been over one month since the last time I even received any correspondence from this crook of a company. July 3 was his last response which was to again verify what changes he was supposed to make to my order. I have sent him multiple emails since then and he doesnt respond. As others have stated, calling for phone support is the biggest joke ever, an hour on hold is average at best only to get many moronic people who barely speak english to pass you around their phone system.

Beyond 2 weeks since they received my wheels. No response from my email attempts and no tracking number as of yet. It takes no time at all to dismount - remount a set of wheels and tires, the tires should have been in stock in the first place since supposedly that is why it took so long for them to ship them in the first place. Add to that the fact that it took 2 weeks for them to give me a return auth number and that should have been plenty of time to have all the tires and the 2 correct wheels ordered and in stock by the time my wheels arrived. I still have $1400 out and nothing to show for it.

Wheels have arrived at WheelsNext, June 30 12:26PM. Now we shall see how soon I receive another tracking confirmation and how soon they arrive.

Ok I just spoke with Fedex again, at first they insisted that the packages would not be pickd up unless I took them to a shipping point and got the proper labels placed on the boxes. This is the same story I got the last time I called. Then I gave them the tracking numbers you provided and they found out its all set up. They will be picked up tomorrow morning.

Thank you for helping clear that problem up very quickly, now I hope the wheels can be corrected and returned to me as fast as possible as well.

called Fedex to confirm this, they say you need to supply me with a confirmation number for the pickup which will give me the info I need for the pick up. No pick up is currently scheduled for tomorrow or any other day at all. I need this number so I can get these wheels off to you.

At this time (end of work day) no one from either your company or Fedex has contacted me.

received the wrong tires and additionally 2 wrong sized wheels.

According to their business practices, the salesman calls you after your internet order is placed to verify all information. I spoke to 2 different salesmen who both verified that I would be receiving "MASS LIP" wheels which gives me a larger lip on the rear vs. a smaller lip on the front. Neither of them updated my order so they sent me all 4 wheels with the smaller lip. Next I placed my order on Memorial Day weekend, I expected it to only get attention on Tuesday (5-27-08), they promptly contacted me on Tues to verify the info and started my order. By June 5 (Thurs) I had still not received any information about my order, nor had I received a tracking number. I called them and they said the order would be shipped. The following Mon (6/9/08), still no tracking number, I called again. They said they had received Kumho AST tires instead of ASX and the new ASX tires were already being installed, the tires would be shipped by end of day. They assured me I would receive them by Thurs the 12th, the day before I went in for some surgery. If they came late I couldnt install them for about a month. They came friday morning, they STILL had the AST tires installed, they had 2 of the 4 wheels incorrect. After I got out of my surgery I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to prove to them that they sent the wrong items and they need to uphold their "I got the wrong merchandise" guarantee. I sent them the digital pictures to prove it and Brian the customer service manager said he would process it right away. It is now 6/23/08 and in 10 days he has still not supplied me a number nor has FEDEX stopped by to pick the wheels up. My last attempt to get information on 6/19/08 didnt even get a response. So far as I see it, I am out $1400 and I have a pile of crap sitting on my porch waiting for FEDEX. Good thing I didnt actually need the tires in order to run my everyday driver, or I would be screwed far worse than I am currently.

Oh yeah, they charged me an extra $40 because their deficient website screwed up. I believe I am still waiting to see that deposited back into my account also.
