Take the ph to metropcs corp store request the exchange under one year waranty .if
the phone dont have a fisical damage you can get a new one ..you may have to pay like 10.00 or 15.00...or call samsung ..the waraty is with the manufatory for
the phone not with metro....good luck

Call coustumer service request the number for tresury deparment # en send by fax copy of statement were shows the transaction made en explaine this.metter .
Make sure you add a contac number. ..
