I have to agree with Robin. When we signed up with FSBO.com we wanted to make sure we chose a package that exposed our property on realtor.com. However when having an online conversation with one of their representatives, I made sure to express that our main interest was to be on realtor.com. The representative assured me that with the "silver" package it would be put on realtor.com. What he FAILED to mention is that we had to do it ourselves! When a customer makes it clear what their main interest is in your service would you not think to explain something of this nature? They were more interested in getting our money than explaining the entire service I guess.
(ForSaleByOwner.com sounded like...)
