Horrible customer service. I am currently speaking to the fourth customer service from Sephora to resolve this issue.Yesterday I was told a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours, well that has come and gone and no call. So here I am on my FOURTH phone call to them because I ordered about 10 items from them but one of them was missing. So I called them and the rep told me three things: (1) Sephora would replace/ship the missing item to me (2) it would take 24 hours to process (3) it will take 5 to 7 days to ship. WHAT THEY DID NOT TELL ME IS THAT MY CARD WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE BECAUSE I PURCHASED IT A WEEK AGO ON SALE AND NOW IT IS AT REGULAR PRICE SO THERE WAS A CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN SALE VS. REGULAR PRICE !!! FOR SEPHORAS MISTAKE IN NOT SHIPPING THE ITEM IN THE FIRST PLACE !!! And now 4 reps and 1 email later I am promised that the charge will be reversed - we will see...Check your charge card when you return things !!!
