You can have your bank investigate this. It will take a while, but they don't get the run around like customers do.

I have had the worst customer service experience with 1-800-flowers. They even admitted they made a mistake, but still didn't issue my refund. I am filing a claim through Visa now. You might check with your credit card company or bank and have them investigate for you. I have had to do this one time in my entire adult life, but Visa took care of everything for me.
(So on Febuary 1st I pre-ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day)
