Not paying stubhub Consumer Complaint
I sold my tickets on StubHub. I received an email from them on 8/6/2008 stating that my payment would be processed in 5-7 days then sent via US Mail. It is now 9/8/2008 and still nothing. I called Customer Service today and they made some BS excuse and said that payment would be released for... More... (Entertainment, Movies, Events)
I sold season tickets on StubHub. They sent me a confirmation email on 8/6/2008 stating that payment would be processed in 5-7 days and then sent via US mail. It is now 9/8/2008 and nothing. I called Customer Service and they said "your payment was never released for processing - it will be released today." This is the second time I have heard this. Their VP Bus Ops, Noah Goldberg, should be ashamed of himself and his cheap tactics. (Show me the money!)
