The 16th July I called the service number and was told the part was backordered from the manufacture. All the calls I made and the frustration I went through was to no avail. I finally took the oven back to Sears and got my money back. This will be the lst time I ever by an appliance from Sears. The parts and service department's doesn't know which hand is doing what with the other. And they hardly ever return your call after telling you they will call in 24 hours with updated information. The service I got was lousey to say the least.
