I am not surprised by Gems TV's treatment towards you. This company has poor business practices and ethics. I hope they do the right thing but do not hold your breath. I have escalated my complaints to the Corporate Office, and have been ignored. I will not recommend any one to this company, and have taken my business elsewhere where I am appreciated. I guess this company has issues across the country. They do not care about their customers...just their bottom line. I have found better deals with other jewelry companies, so Gems TV's statement that consumers can't find a better deal/quality with another company is rubbish. I had to learn the hard way. I am sure I am not alone.

Thank you for reading and responding to my review. And sorry to hear about your negative experience. I had another incident happen (please read when published). This company is ruthless and only cares about sales. Forget the customer service...Gems TV does not deserve our business.

My experience with Gems TV USA started well but declined very quickly. I followed their "30 Day Money Back Guarantee, risk free shopping, return for ANY reason" policy, which the Gems TV broadcast continuously advertises / promotes. In return, my account was blocked for a high return rate. My reaction...you have got to be kidding...this is a shopping network. After spending enough money with this company, they no longer wanted my business. I did not know my account was blocked until I tried to place an order. Gems TV penalizes / punishes the customer for high returns. This is Unfair!!! I contacted the Corporate office and was ignored. This is a terrible way to treat customers. I did not expect this from the Corporate office. I am glad at least I found out about this company and the shady business practices. I shop elsewhere now with no issues at all, and where I am valued as a customer. Some words of advice...do not shop with Gems TV USA. I have never had such a negative shopping experience in my life. Spread the word.

i am also being treated like rubbish by gemss tv uk. having joined as a customer at their very beginnings.after spending thousands of pounds on their jewelry i have recently been sent a badly sratched & chipped paraiba tourmaline ring cost £1,600 the ring had no tag on. i reported this to customer services the day item arrived. then returned it by special delivery the following day. 10 days later after numerous enquiries i have finally been told i have not been refunded because the ring is damaged & was returned with no tag. which takes this suspicious shoddy case right back to where it all began when this piece of junk arrived at y address 10 days ago. i am waiting until monday 19th may 08 to finally speak to this day time manager about this having spoken to just about any or everybody else in the gems tv customer services none of whom could find it in themselves to actually admit to me what was really going on concerning this matter.the news was finally given to me by a night time manager because by this time i had totally lost my patience with them all. if i dont recieve an apology + every penny back very soon i intend to fight this company with every last breath if necessary but i also feel everyone should know that their no quibble money back promise is not worth the ink its written in.
