Hello Robert from Home Depot, did you follow up on this review? I have also had major issues/problems/complications with Home Depot, Masonite and Peak Installations and I would like to know if anything can be done for me as well or should I just contact the Ben Hill Number and the Better Business Bureau instead? Thank you for your time.
(Masonite refuses to honor warranty)

I AGREE WITH YOU!!!! They screwed up my stuff too and offered a refund and then revoked it! Plus the contractors didn't show up for an appointment to fix the installation and they didn't even call me to say they weren't coming so I waited until 6pm and they never answered their phone all day, they ignored me and never showed up to fix the messed up install. When they finally showed up 2 months later, they destroyed both door frames, doors, and door handles and deadbolts. There are a lot more details to this story but I'll run out of room on here! I've never seen so much damage done by "professionals" in my life! Where did your damage happen? Mine is in the Edmonton area so I'm just wondering if you had to deal with the same company as I did. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this morning because I can't take it anymore and I suggest you do the same, these guys have ruined so many people's property, it's unbelievable! Your review is one of many that say the same things damages to property, not standing by the contract, false promises etc.... anyways if you want to discuss any of this or have any questions, I'll give you my secondary email address, it's festivejuice at gmail dot com I wish you good luck in dealing with these monsters!
