You are so lucky. I spent 1 year waiting for RMA # from Westinghouse,(i bought TV on BestBuy-Montreal). I called hundred times and i never received answer, and the warranty has expired. This is the worst customer service that i've seen in my life (both Westinghouse &BestBuy).
In this moment i'm trying repair it. In my case i found as problem a capacitor C7 explode (Power supply circuit).
(Poor customer service)

I have the same problem as you - bought the tv online from Bestbuy, tv dies and now, 6 months later I have no tv and no resolution in store. Did you get yours resolved?
