How to file a formal complaint about TWC. Find out who TWC's local franchising authority is for your area. TWC will probably not tell you who it is. Personally, I had to file a formal complaint with the BBB to get that information.
I contacted the FCC and was told that complaints about TWC should be directed to their franchising authority. Do it!!! I sure did. Maybe if enough people do, TWC will change their ways. I posted a comment with this information. I hope many people read it.
