Punta Islita Costa Rica Punta Islita Customer Review
One of the most beautiful hotel locations with wonderful pool area and well done rooms.
But, the service here is a bit off. For the prices and difficulty in getting there one would expect a better level of finish and experience from the hotel and staff.
Still to be fair, the remoteness an... More... (Travel Services, Hotels)

Nestled on a hill next to a preserve near the beach town of Manuel Anotonio in Costa Rica is a 5 star small hotel worth the price.

Farm Fresh Blue Hill Consumer Review
Dining at Blue Hill is about as close as you can get to being on an organic farm while living in New York City.
The ingredients are all transported from the upstate farm and come together in inventive and seasonal dishes that are truly special.

Wamu Wamu Consumer Complaint
I am really confused by WaMu's new ad campaign in all bright colors and silly copy.
Aren't banks supposed to be a little serious.
Especially during a recession.
Someone is giving WaMu some bad advertising advice.
And why call it WaMu? Why not call it by its real name... More... (Advertising, Commercials)

How can a bank like this be so over leveraged that it essentially fails at the first hint of trouble.

Peasant in New York might be one of the more romantic restaurants.

This action suggests that the owners of Cal Live Scan do care about Customer Service and that it is possible the writer of the original review either misunderstood how the company works or is not being factual.

It reads like a joke as it is hard to fathom such disregard and ignorance. Hopefully Chrysler will see this review on Measuredup (Lost car in dealership)
I had a bad experience with a cvs employee. I was encouraged to go to cvs cordova branch in santa fe,nm I brought with me a newspaper ad sent by cvs to my mailbox, could not find the items from any of their shelf so I approached a man in cvs uniform, and asked where I could find the items I want to buy. This is how he answered my question, in a high-pitched tone, "THIS IS ON SALE!" as if I didn't know how to read what I'm holding. I told him that I know it's on sale but the problem is, I could not find the value pack as advertised. Then he pointed me to a shelf that shows individual Neutrogena products but not what was stated on the newspaper ad. I still bought the product but since then, I didn't go back to cvs anymore and shared that experience to my friends, office mates and relatives....I hope the cvs management will hire only people who are good at customer service. I am not asking for a special favor but only inquired about something. I approached that employee in a very humble manner but he was very rude. Does he think customers like me owe them a favor? are we not the ones giving them a favor by patronizing their company? I'm sure cvs management did their best to select their applicants but it's best that they give their employees not only work training but proper way of dealing with customers and a little education about the value of customers.
Thanks for the insight.
We will think twice before giving them our business.
