I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for expediting my flower order last week. It arrived as you outlined, getting there before my girlfriend left work last Thursday. If we did not get it delivered that day, the flowers would have waited until yesterday before she saw them. Needless to say, these flowers would not have been too fresh - she also had the pleasure to think abut them during her business trip, which scored huge points for me! So, your help and customer centric care is GREATLY appreciated. I will continue to do business with your organization, appreciate all that you've done! Please forward this note to your management team, I would like them to know that they have a VERY satisfied customer thanks to you! Maurice
