Start by writing a cancellation letter.
Check with the credit rating bureau.
Trans union, equifax, & experion.
Explain the problem and write a letter and copy it to all 3 rating bureaus putting this company and its practices in dispute. Drag it out. Make it difficult for them to get any more $$$ along with protecting your credit rating. Keep copies of all paperwork from this Global Co. Good Luck!!!! Sounds horrible..
