OMG!!! I have been there as well and have hated the service and attitude. The prices are good and the showroom is done so well, but the service and people who are in there is so unprofessional, specially the lady who answers the phone. i am yet to come across a person who can be ruder on the phone than her.
PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! YUCK!!! Sorry to hear about your ordeal, you can try several stores on the Rockville Pike WAY better than these greedy bunch of people. (RUDE, GREEDY AND BAD WORK!!!!)
