1st American Card Service Consumer Complaint
On May 7, 2009, I called First American Card Services for information on a credit/debit card terminal for my business. I told them that I wanted to accept both debit and credit cards, all major credit cards, and that I would like to put two merchant accounts in one machine.... More... (Credit Cards, Finance, Banks)
This is obviously 1st American Card Service responding.

What's hard for me to believe is that they manage to maintain such a high BBB rating with the complaints they generate! This company keeps in the BBB's good graces by turning the facts to their favor and resolving the problem, but the BBB doesn't take into account the multitudes of issues leading up to that resolution, nor do they consider the fact that it isn't until a person contacts several different agencies that there is any communication towards a resolution generated by this company!
This company is highly unprofessional and highly unethical...1st American Card Service is the "delete button" you need to hit!!! (VERY Shady--Stay Away!)
