Count me in on a class action suit.
They charged me a total of $130 in a 3 week period! Last call I placed advised there was a 54 HOUR wwaiting period! Yeah, right.

Watch your checking account. They did the same thing to me only I returned the merchandise. To date my credit card has been charged for 2 Refills (!) of this order. When I call I get a waiting time of up to 67 hours!!!! Have filed a claim against these guys....not terribly optimistic. 1st and LAST time I'll be ripped of on the internet!
(VERY disappointed customer)
