Update on Bissell: Bissell contacted me to ask me if I would like a replacement can of carpet cleaner for the defective can I complained about.
I received the replacement in a few days and used it as I intended to with the other can. I am actually pleased with the product and will continue to purchase in the future. I am also pleased with Bissell's willingness to resolve this issue. This is how customer service is supposed to be and this is how you retain customers.
Thanks Bissell and measured up.
