The worst experience I ever had with a “customer Service” department. This is the first and LAST time with CHASE, I spoke with 6 different people and after 3 hang up just to get a return to my account of $35.00, and NOBODY seems to know how to do it. I could not believe how bad these people were to assist a customer it is taking 2 weeks and 3 days to get $35.00 back to my account, and I don’t know how many days or weeks I have to wait. So please do not choose Chase as your bank or credit card you don’t want anybody yelling and giving you the worst attitude, making you feel worth less, stupid. I definitely don’t recommend Chase as your Bank. I also want to thank Rose, Maria, Rossie, Jennifer, Stephanie and Jim Husse for their attitudes, hang up and last but not least for NOTHING. THANK YOU “CUSTOMER SERVICE”.
