I had SAI (First Alert)for almost one year, the last six months we had no service at all. Everytime I call the 800 number you were placed on hold for hours at a time and no one evered anwered the phones. My alarm just didn't work at all so I called another company to come in and install a alarm system that work and proctected me and my family. Check this out six months after we had the new company SAI satrted calling saying that the they were picking up signals that someone was coming in my house. They are so full of shit I packed up their alarm and shipped it back to Colorado to the head office. I finally cussed them out enough that they stop calling telling me they were receiving a break in sign. I got the in touch with them and they said that they were going thru a transition and that I was not obligated no longer and two years later I get a bill from a collection office. I have at least 50+ neighbors who want to file a class action lawsuit against this company. Who are they any way when we signed the contract it was First Alert, then we started getting bills from SAI never where we informed of any changes but I the money from my account never stop coming out.
I have them bastards!
