Wow, sorry to hear about that. In my experience in the customer service field, the fault can't immediately be blamed on the company specifically (not removing them by the way). For all you we know, the service truck was hit by a drunk driver on the way to your house. I know, it's extreme but you never know. I'd give them a call back to see / report what happened and who knows, you may get a discount or something.

With a bill for $130, I'm guessing it was either 10+ guests. ReviewMonkey is correct with the tipping the tip. Be sure to check the signs or menu when you go to a restaurant.
