I think my problem is solved with Davis Brothers/Dish Network. I contacted legal aid and they told me to write a complaint to the attorney generals office in Arkansas and Okla. I did and heard back from them telling me to not give them anythink and they would be contacting Davis Brothers and their collection agency, which led me to believe they were attorneys and could do a lot more than they actually can. Anyway I took it one step further and also complained to the Florida Attorney Generals Office since that is where the Collction agency is. I feel a lot better now that I know and undersand my rights better. This has definately been a learning experience for me. Bumbed

I know exactly how you feel and where you are coming from. I to have been on the receiving end of these companies that take advantage of their customers and the laws lwt them get away with it. I don't know of anyway to make these people honor what they say and do unless we record everything being said between them and us.
(I saw an ad for Comcast high...)
