Buyer Beware!! Don't Do business with them! My mom & I bought furniture from this store & were told we could have it delivered on the same truck for one delivery charge ($130.) since we live in the same condo complex, just 2 buildings apart. When furniture arrived they refused to deliver to 2 separate addresses. I called the sales rep April Whitworth who told me she had talked to her DM prior to the sale and it should be ok. She said she would call Pat in Cust Svc (866-268-6559) & get it straightened out. She never called back and when I called her back "Charlotte" answered the phone told me she had just left for the day!?! I asked to speak with a manager who never came to the phone. After holding for an eternity, I hung up and called back. They would not answer the phone!!!! I tried calling a dozen times, even tried calling from another phone (my cell) to no avail. This is the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced. I should have listened to my haridresser when she told me her horror story about this same company.
