I must laugh at you because you are yet another person to place blame on someone else other than yourself. Most upset customers are. The sales associate probably handed you your receipt and all the info. you need for the card. YOU are supposed to read the information for yourself before signing for the card. It's not their fault that you were too stupid to not read first. Do you also sign a lease or a mortgage loan without reading it first?

Well it seems you're able to take care of yourself despite your health issues. So blaming your mild case of AS on your procrastination is just an excuse. I procrastinate too, but I still get it done. And you really expected them to keep your record for over a year??? No other department store would either. No wonder they denied you. It's not their fault, it's yours and only yours.

Well first off you could have asked for the display product as it was OBVIOUSLY the last one! And I know for a fact they will honor that. Second... if the store doesn't have it, they don't have it and asking for a raincheck is funny considering it was already on sale which means they were trying to sell them off to get rid of them. So that usually means they aren't getting a new shipment. And considering no other store had them... that confirms that they were not intended for sale much longer. As for online... Sears workers have their hands tied with pricing. They are NOT allowed to price match online pricing because it doesn't reflect the same in store sales and will mess up the system, piss off corporate, and just make more trouble than it's worth just cuz one person wanted to save a few bucks. It sucks that you didn't get what you wanted, but hey, with sale items, first come, first serve.
