Buyers beware! They do lie about 30 days return policy. They sent me the wrong wring which I cut the tag to try and realized it was yellow instead of white god. I shipped it back the next day (insured). Three weeks went by & after sending them an e-mail they replied that the ring was returned... More...

Azam's I have had very good luck speaking with Janet in customer Service. She is very good at getting back to you and getting answers. Just remember that they do have some stupid policies and are written quite clearly in their paperwork. If you violated those like I did you are out of luck. Good Luck!

Good evening...I read your feedback on Gems TV, and also had a very negative experience. We need to spread the word about this company, and the poor business practices. I just wanted to let you know, you are not alone.
