That sounds so much like what I am going through, I cannot believe you have to go through this just to get service which I have not received yet. I am so done with verizon it's not funny. Now I am going to cancel my phone service as well.

I would be able to write a book on the BAD customer service I got from People PC when I signed up for DSL, It really never worked well and I was never able to speak to ANYONE that spoke english, they say they are going to refund all of my money? We'll see!!I finally cancelled it and now I am having worst problems with Verizon. I would not refer them to anyone.
(My wife and I took a 30 day...)
