Having the biggest nightmare ever!! Gemporia will not refund $2500, sent ring back looked nothing like it did on tv, they keep saying they will refund but five weeks later still not got

Please think twice before using this company, I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through. I wrote a long letter to Steven Bennett but still no refund, we are going to go through the legal route now and I am writing to trading standards in the Uk
Gemporia is not what it seems PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!
