Yeah, I'm on the phone right now with HP. They've had my desk top for over three months. I've been on hold for almost an hour now. I think that they fell I will hang up. Well I'm not! They told me that it would take 7-10 days to fix my computer. It has been a part shortage for about two months now. I have had the worst customer support ever with any company!
(Expensive disposable printers! I...)
