Please see my last review. Maybe you can help. I have called over 20 times, emailed 15 times, went to the depot 5 times and still no one at UPS can tell me when my boxes will arrive. Granted, the snow storm last week was not normal. I have boxes out for delivery 12/22 that never got here. Today, 12/31, 630pm, still no boxes. 3 phone calls a day, several emails a day, visits to the the customer center at the depot all have yeilded the same answer... More... (Delivery Services)
I have boxes due 12/22 that are still not here in Happy Valley. I have called 25 times, went to the depot, emailed 15 times and not one person at UPS can tell me where the boxes are or when I will get them. This is inventory for my business and I have already lost customers and no one at UPS seems to care. (BAD service)
