my bank account was debited 99.95 without my permission. I have never had account or card with this company. i received notice in the mail and called about information and when i heard the details i said, NO THANKS. why was my account and from what i see online numerous other people's accounts have been debited for services we don't have and never received and WITHOUT PERMISSION. i am contacting my bank to investigate, however, i am also contacting the better business bureau. this is bad business and IT'S ILLEGAL. unauthorized debits is called stealing. if that's what you're about just change your company name to Platinum Identity Theft and Fraud. have as pleasant a day as you have created for me and so many others.
