i went thru the drive thru of the crowell rd store in covington georgia this morning, and i got not only the wrong food but an item was missing out of my bag that i ordered. by the time i had gotten where i was going i had a cold hashbrown. it was about 930 am and they were not busy and had only 2 cars plus mine in drive thru. i am not a rude customer by any means i know it doesnt make anything better but someone needs to know so they can fix it.
