Dear Sirs;
I recently upgraded hopefully to win7 an 8 hr. problem in order to upload my purchase receipt it was necessary to go to the below web site

order ID 2220251372

https://www.hpwindows7upgrade.arvato.com/north_america/endcustomer/TrackYourOrderReview.aspx

arriving there the upload failed as only small receipts upload
not to worry I could print a pdf file which adode reader 9 could not read.
These guy are not ready for prime time hp should do better.
