I missed entering my rebate by 5 days. For that I am stuck with a service at twice the price for 2 years. Words fail me. I was told it was my fault for missing the fine print, but it indicates a willingness on this company's part for sharp dealing and dishonesty in pricing.

I would very much like my rebate honored or my contract canceled without an extra fee. I would love it if you would surprise me and act honorably.
