Product:	Craftsman snow thrower

I have had to have the same problem addressed with terrible results. My snow thrower is not running properly and is leaking gas. By trying to get the thrower serviced before the season and of course it doesn't necessarily snow within the window of time where you can return without getting charged again. I feel ripped off. I could have pretty much purchased a new snow thrower by now. I don't think that whoever is "repairing" this stuff is really qualified or is actually doing anything. It is my understanding that the seervice center in Madison, Wi. doesn't actually fix anything it just goes to Chocago. The people at the center are really good at taking your money though and acting like their hands are clean of the mess because they are just the middle man. I'll never go back. I don't have money to throw away.
