I just spent 2 hours on the phone with Cherry who tried to help me. Eventually she reset everything on her end, told me to turn everything off and reboot - so I did. Same problem happened! I was charged the entire amount for the year service not just the free 30 day trial - now I don't really know what to do - she seemed so sure it was fixed.
