I ordered an X-Large vest for my wife for Christmas. She would normally wear a large but I wanted one size bigger because she likes to wear a sweat shirt under the vest when we ride our motorcycle. The vest arrived and it does have an extra-large tag in it but this vest is so small that it would not even fit my eleven year old granddaughter. Bike bandit refused to accept the return because it had been on a closeout. I am out $100 for a leather vest that is labeled an ex-large
but is the size of a small. The customer service rep was rude and ignorant, a bad combination!
