Kenmore washer 500 series purchased in 2007, called in for service 06/23/09 they have already replaced quite a few parts already and are still replacing parts and the machine is not working and I have asked to speak to a Supervisor and noone has called me this has gone on for 3 weeks. No regard for customer service.
