I returned 2 bras (kept 2). They were returned May 13, 2009 at a cost of $3.04. The 4 bras were paid for through PayPal service. As of July 17 I have not received my refund of $32.98. This is the total for merchandise only. Julia received $72.95 which included $6.99 S/H. I expected a refund of $32.98 for the 2 bras only. $72.95 + $3.04 (cost of return shipping) is pretty expensive for TWO (2) bras. Merchandise is fine, customer service STINKS, Julie!
