Awful Customer Service |
I had submitted for my $21 dollar rebate within 48 hours of getting my service hooked up. The $21. was suppose to be for a year. Since then they claim they did not get the information. I have called each month and the first month it was remove and I was told it would take 6 weeks but it will be taken care of. I got another bill and it was on again. I called and spoke to at least 5 reps. and was told it would be taken care of it would just take up to 6 weeks to show up on my bill. I made my payments every month of what I was told to pay at the beginning. Now they tell me thay are not going to recognize the $21. a month rebate and I will have to pay the full amount. This is truly poor business because I am retired and I cannot afford for them to deceive me like this. I would think that after all the times I have called they would work this out. Beware of bait and switch.
