this is a piece of junk! sure it's cheap but what good is it if you can't understand the person you are talking to? i've have tried every suggestion the online support has given me-even received an "upgrade". i too have people complain about a beep when i am talking to them. makes you wonder how the FCC can approve such a product! the people i talk to sound like they are under water trying to talk. sometimes it's clear; maybe 10% of time used.
