My name is Mike Larson and two years ago I bought a full set of LG kitchen Applinances because my wife and mother loved them and said it would be a upgrade over my favorite, Fridgadere.
I have had problems with my stove with the left half of the keyboard only working half the time and dishwasher now is not working at all. When my wife called the 1-800 number to find out our options he told her that we were 30 days over the factory warrentee and then
laughed at her saying looks like you should have bought the extended warentee. I was very angry about the at tthe attitude and the product quality and at this point I will let everybody I know about LG. I'm sorry I have to write a complaint like this but sombody needs to know. Mike Larson
