Switched to DirectTV from the Dish. Decided to add HD to installation because of promotion. Requested HD receiver when installer arrived, installer tried to charge $200 for HD. Installer left before receiver had uploaded signal. Very poor picture on Wide Screen HDTV. Call DirectTV to complain about HD charge and quality of picture. DirectTV replied that it was too late to receive free HD Receiver and 48 hour cancellation period had passed. AT&T sold us the service and informed us that there was a 2 week cancelation window. Now would cost $480 to cancel 2 year contract with poor picture quality.
Would like free HD receiver we requested before installation as stated in the promotion.
