I spent over 25 minutes ordering your Shamwow . I have to tell you how dissapointed I am with whomever designed the phone tree. On top of it all I was offered a free gas card/hotel savings plan. Even though I declined, I was told I would have 60 days to cancel. When I called back to try' and get an actual human, i was taken through the exact speech. Customer service, although it exists, isn't opened when most people have time to do such a thing. Most people, like myself, work, and have a family to care for. 45 minutes for myself is a long time. after all of this, i find out that it takes 5 weeks to deliver. For an additional charge maybe I will recieve it in 3-4 weeks. I was forced to listen, and that was, in my opinion rude. I hope i enjoy the product, to make it all worth it. I hope that a human will be available to cancel gas/hotel membership............. Not happy...
