to ownership,please address david and his issues. if we come to purchase and we are dissatisfied why can he not go out the way to satisfy the customer why the need to argue,its not his company maybe he is working on commission,but that doen't mean he can satisfy every customer.sometimes we come in as referrals to see another optician whom someone had a nice experience with before as was my case,because i asked for someone else was not to in any way question his abilities if he has any......
